Do your prices include V.A.T.?

Answer:

No, all prices exclude VAT which will be added at the current rate.

Question:

Is there a carriage charge?

Answer:

Yes - there is no such thing as ‘free delivery’. Suppliers that offer this are really hiding the delivery charge within their product prices. We offer a more transparent approach – by offering the best product prices we can and simply charging delivery at cost which is £5.95 + V.A.T. on all orders.

Question:

If I place an order today, when could I expect delivery?

Answer:

Orders for stock items are usually despatched the same day if received before 12:00 noon and delivered the following day. However, we are in the hands of carriers and there will always be extenuating circumstances that may prohibit the delivery. Special order items such as large pieces of furniture, rugs, large buggies etc. will take longer and will be advised at the time of ordering. If any item is required by a specific date it should be advised in the Comments box at the Checkout.

How can I pay?

Answer:

We accept cheques, most credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), and Solo. BACS payment is the preferred method of payment as it is quicker and less costly to you. For groups or frequent buyers, a 30 day account may be arranged subject to credit check.

Question:

If I'm not in when you deliver, can you leave my order in a "safe place"?

Answer:

Unfortunately no. Getting a signature that proves goods have been delivered is a requirement of our Carriers.
